College Council Unit: Responsible for the affairs of the College Council, supervised by Mr. Ali Faleh Ibrahim.
Confidential Office: Responsible for incoming and outgoing confidential correspondence, supervised by Mr. Ali Faleh Ibrahim.
Citizen Affairs: Responsible for submitting complaints to the university and arranging meetings with the University President. Supervised by Mr. Mahdi Hussein Mahdi.
