Affiliations: It is affiliated with the Dean of the College and the Construction and Projects Department at the University.

Duties:
This unit is responsible for construction and projects within the College, utilizing financial allocations from various sources (the College – the University – the Ministry – the Diwan of Babylon Governorate – Regional Development – Investment – and other sources), which necessitates correspondence and reviews not only within the College framework but also with various external entities.
Conducting training courses for staff and students in the fields of construction and projects, as well as organizing seminars and various meetings aimed at advancing the status of the College and developing it in line with the directives of the University and the Ministry.
Preparing studies and research that provide useful information in the areas of work of the Construction and Projects Unit.
The Construction and Projects Unit establishes bridges of cooperation and communication with various sectors, especially the private sector, as well as exchanging information and benefits and attracting investment opportunities to maximize the resources of the College and the University.
The Construction and Projects Unit communicates with government departments and unions with specialties corresponding to the College’s specialties to provide various opportunities that benefit students and staff.
