One of the important joints in the structure of the Technical College/ Musayyib is the Division of Administrative Affairs. This division is directly related to the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs. It includes a distinguished elite of employees, each according to his competence. In its administrative organization, there is a division manager, assistant to the director, the archive unit, the electronic printer, the self, and the files. These organizations are very accurate and quickly completed, because its employees meet all the commitment directed to them by the respected Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs to work with all seriousness and dedication.

The Division of Administrative Affairs was established in 1998 with the beginning of the existence of the founding body of the college , that is, through the implementation of its procedures and orders, so it is an important element of the organizational structure of the college, as the division provides its services to teachers and all employees, by following up their affairs and everything related to their career in the college, and the spirit of teamwork and teamwork prevails, and the employees of the division exert all their efforts with vigor and sincerity to complete the work assigned to them quickly and accurately, and the employees of the department have been praised, appreciated and honored many times.

The Division of Administrative Affairs is one of the basic executive departments in the college and the first episode through which the administrative procedures in the appointment and the subsequent procedures are launched throughout the period of the teacher and the employee’s presence in the job, as well as the printing and issuance of circulars, books and orders that draw lines of work and transfer directives and decisions to all members.
Goals
• Managing human resources affairs in the college.
• Organizing and maintaining personal files and creating an integrated database of permanent and temporary staff.
• Provide and update statistical tables on owners.
• Following up the control of the employees’ regular and sick leave through the fingerprint system and the records related to this within the instructions and controls in force in the college.
• Following up the administrative affairs of the college in official and semi-official institutions.
• Creating a system for electronic archiving of personal files, outgoing and incoming mail, and public filing.
• Printing correspondence, memoranda and administrative orders issued by the college and organizing mail traffic between units and departments according to a simplified mechanism.
• Providing assistance and support to all departments in order to facilitate the work of the college.
