The unit is directly linked to the respected Dean according to the organizational structure and includes the following:

1. College Council Unit: Responsible for the affairs of the College Council, supervised by Mr. Ali Faleh Ibrahim.

2. Confidential Office: Responsible for incoming and outgoing confidential correspondence, supervised by Mr. Ali Faleh Ibrahim.

3. Citizen Affairs: Responsible for submitting complaints to the university and arranging meetings with the University President. Supervised by Mr. Mahdi Hussein Mahdi.

To enhance the performance of Al-Musayyib Technical College by promptly completing assigned tasks and fostering cooperation with other departments, units, divisions, and our dear students.
