department comes in response to an actual and growing need within the Iraqi healthcare sector for specialized technical personnel in visual care\u2014professionals capable of conducting accurate diagnostic examinations that contribute to improving the quality of public health and visual well-being.<\/h5>\n<h5 data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1259\">The department aims to create a distinguished educational environment that combines a solid theoretical foundation with advanced practical training, within a modern academic framework that enables students to acquire the technical and professional skills necessary for direct integration into the formal healthcare workforce.<\/h5>\n<h5 data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1597\">A key feature of our department is that it offers a <strong data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1367\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Vision Examination Technology<\/strong> over a four-year academic program.
