The College Council Secretariat Unit is responsible for matters related to the College Council, which is formed under the chairmanship of the respected Dean, with membership consisting of the two respected Assistant Deans (Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies), the respected Heads of Scientific Departments, and the Secretary of the Council.<\/p>\n
Duties of the College Council Unit<\/p>\n
The respected Council Secretary is responsible for preparing, printing, and following up on the agenda items of the council sessions, which are held at specific intervals in accordance with applicable regulations, and for submitting the related documents to the University, including (results, formed committees, and academic promotions).<\/p>\n
