It operates under the supervision of the <strong>Dean\u2019s Office<\/strong> and is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of administrative decisions, maintaining discipline, and monitoring the workflow in all departments, units, and facilities of the college.<\/p>\n<p>The division aims to enhance administrative efficiency and ensure compliance with the college\u2019s internal regulations and directives issued by higher authorities.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Monitoring Administrative Implementation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Follow up on the execution of decisions, directives, and instructions issued by the Dean and higher authorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure timely completion of official correspondence and administrative actions by all departments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Supervising Attendance and Discipline:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor staff attendance and adherence to official working hours.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Record and report irregularities to the relevant administrative authorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Campus and Facility Inspection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Conduct routine field visits to verify the proper functioning of departments, classrooms, laboratories, and other facilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Report any negligence, damage, or misconduct observed during inspections.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Coordination and Communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Serve as a liaison between the Dean\u2019s Office and other administrative or service units.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Facilitate the exchange of information to ensure the smooth operation of the college.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities, observations, and follow-up results.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Submit recommendations to improve performance and efficiency within the college.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Security and Safety Cooperation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate with the Security and Safety Division to ensure the protection of college assets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to maintaining order and discipline within the college campus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Other Assigned Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Dean\u2019s Office related to administrative control, monitoring, or supervision.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Objective:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To ensure <strong>continuous supervision, administrative compliance, and efficient execution<\/strong> of all operations and directives across Al-Mussaib Technical College, thereby contributing to a disciplined, transparent, and organized work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview: The Follow-up Division is one of the administrative divisions of Al-Mussaib Technical College.
