This involves completing the verification of electronic forms and paper files to prepare for the competitive examination for all applicants. Afterward, the university order and administrative approval for admission are issued, followed by the completion of security clearance, medical examination, sponsorship, and finally, the enrollment of accepted students.<\/h5>\n<h5>Another key responsibility of the division is to complete all procedures related to thesis defenses for doctoral and master\u2019s students, as well as graduation procedures.<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>More than <strong>55 doctoral and master\u2019s defenses<\/strong> were successfully completed in 2023.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>All members of the Graduate Studies Division work <strong>like a single, highly coordinated unit<\/strong>, exerting tremendous effort in performing their duties and leaving no effort spared in completing students\u2019 procedures.
